HOW WE WORK
Clear roles.
Transparent decisions. Defined responsibilities.
Morning Sunlight Asia works as your China-side procurement team. You can begin with a drawing, BOM, existing supplier, quotation, sample or active order. Before work begins, we agree the scope, contracting and payment structure, decision rights, required records and responsibility boundaries.
- 01
Start from the project's current stage
You do not need to begin with supplier search. We can start from a drawing, sample or BOM; review a supplier you already know; clarify an existing quotation; validate a sample; or carry out agreed China-side activities for an active order.
- 02
Choose the commercial structure
Two structures are available. Under Direct Purchase + Execution Service, the buyer contracts and pays the factory for the products, while signing a separate service agreement with Morning Sunlight Asia. Under the Integrated Procurement Structure, the buyer signs a combined product-and-service contract with Morning Sunlight Asia, and Morning Sunlight Asia contracts and settles with the factory under the agreed transparent commercial basis.
- 03
Define decisions and acceptance boundaries
Before work begins, we record the approved requirement, acceptance basis, decision authority and escalation path. The buyer retains final control over supplier selection, major technical changes, commercial terms and commitments, deviation acceptance and other agreed approval points.
- 04
Keep suppliers and quotations visible
Supplier identity, original quotation basis, assumptions, exclusions and material commercial differences remain visible. Morning Sunlight Asia may develop new suppliers or work with buyer-nominated suppliers under the same agreed project basis.
- 05
Carry out and report the work in China
Morning Sunlight Asia carries out the agreed China-side work, including supplier communication, technical clarification, milestone follow-up, quality-evidence review, issue escalation, corrective-action management and closure. Each agreed activity produces a status, finding or record the buyer can review.
- 06
Confirm release and responsibility boundaries
Before the agreed factory-release or carrier-handover point, we confirm product status, inspection evidence, packing, labels, documents and open-item closure. Transportation responsibility, carrier performance and post-handover risk follow the signed contract and applicable trade terms.
SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility follows the signed scope, not a general promise.
For production-quality issues within the contractually agreed scope, Morning Sunlight Asia initiates containment and drives rework or remanufacture. Responsibility for buyer-nominated suppliers and transportation remains subject to the agreed scope, contract and trade terms. Site work, travel and third-party testing are scoped and priced separately.
DECIDE · EXECUTE · REVIEW
Buyer approvals remain linked to China-side work.
Each project defines what the buyer approves, what Morning Sunlight Asia carries out in China and which record supports the next decision.
