Project acceptance
A project is accepted only through a written agreement that identifies the contracting entity, cooperation model, scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, product requirements and applicable trade terms.
Production quality and recovery
Responsibility for production quality is limited to the requirements and acceptance basis agreed in the project contract. Where that responsibility applies, the response may include rework, remanufacture and support in pursuing recovery from the responsible factory. Website content does not create an unlimited quality guarantee.
Logistics boundary
Logistics handover may be managed when included in scope, but uncontrolled carrier and transportation liability is outside the currently described base pre-shipment service responsibility unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Export compliance
Projects remain subject to applicable export controls. Prohibited exports and restricted items without required licences, certificates, quotas or approvals are outside scope. Controlled status alone does not prevent evaluation when the exact transaction is lawful and all required permissions have been obtained.
No lowest-price or universal-result guarantee
Supplier availability, pricing, lead time, quality evidence and logistics depend on the actual requirement and market conditions. No statement on the website should be interpreted as a guaranteed saving, delivery result or supplier outcome.

Morning Sunlight Asia branding, original text, layouts and code are protected as applicable. Customer drawings and supplier materials remain subject to their respective ownership and confidentiality terms.
Project agreements prevail
Each accepted project is governed by its signed agreement, including the contracting entity, scope, governing law, dispute process, responsibility and liability provisions. If website information conflicts with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
