Project acceptance
A project is accepted only after the parties sign a written agreement identifying the contracting entity, cooperation model, scope, responsibilities, deliverables, fees, product requirements and applicable trade terms.
Production quality and remedies
Responsibility for production quality is limited to the requirements and acceptance basis agreed in the project contract. Where that responsibility applies, remedies may include rework, remanufacture and assistance in pursuing claims against the responsible factory. Logistics boundary
Logistics handover may be managed when included in scope, but uncontrolled carrier performance and transportation liability are outside the currently described base pre-shipment service responsibility unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Project agreements prevail
Each accepted project is governed by its signed agreement, including the contracting entity, scope, governing law, dispute process, responsibility and liability provisions. If website information conflicts with a signed project agreement, the signed agreement prevails.
